Comfortable home stay

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ MY PROFILE AND DESCRIPTION OF MY PLACE BEFORE YOU SEND ME ANY QUESTIONS OR REQUEST. MAINLY ABOUT SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS, MY PRESENCE IN THE FLAT AND LOCATION. My place is located in city quarter Poruba that is 30 minutes far from center by public transport (12 km). There is a shopping place few minutes by walk from my home, 3 supermarkets including. My place has an advantage of a peaceful location near nature. There is VSB-TUO near my place (2,5 km) so it's appropriate for students of the university or for those who come for a work and conference. There is also University hospital of Ostrava (Fakultni nemocnice Ostrava) nearby. Ostravar arena is 12 km from my home. You can go for a walk to peaceful Pustkovec. My kitchen is fully furnished with all the amenities and you can use it as much as you wish. I keep my place as clean as possible. Guests will stay in living room of the flat, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared. I stay in my flat so I'll be in touch with my guests. I sleep in my bedroom, guests in living room. My daughter or my cat sometimes occupy my flat, but I sometimes travel so the flat can be fully for my guests. Please make sure with me about the current situation. Bus stations are 3 and 5 minutes from my home. Parking is in front of the building.
