Mezzanine Apartment in farmhouse with large pool

A restored farmhouse in the Umbrian countryside just steps away from Bevagna. A vacation apartment to rent surrounded by a rustic mediterranean garden and large swimming pool. Fully equipped with a living, kitchen, dining area. The upper mezzanine has a double bed with space for a crib. There is a small sofa bed in the living room. We are a young couple with a toddler and a dog and we live on the property. We have put our touch on two apartments in a restored Umbrian farmhouse. We are excited to welcome you to our home, and hope you enjoy Lunabell as much as we do. Not only that, but you have spectacular views of the valley, with a clear sight of Assisi, Spello and Trevi. Every day we admire the view, and cannot believe how beautiful it is. Guests have their own private entrance to the apartment, with private patio and dining area. We have a rustic Mediterranean garden and you will find some uneven paving and paths around the property. Being just outside of Bevagna, you get the feel of being in the countryside, yet you are just a minute down the rood from Bevagna. We are in the heart of the wine growing area of Umbria and are surrounded by numerous vineyards easily reached by car. Not only that, Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio and many other towns make great day trips. A car is essential to get around. Guests share the garden and pool area.
