Hi, I am CK. My place is a fully furnished studio unit, is located at Sungai Long (Landmark Residence 2) near Cheras-Kajang Highway. Few minutes away to nearest MRT Station. Nested within Kajang and Seri Kembangan. It’s also surrounded by mature townships like Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Sungai Long, Cheras and Kajang. The space is a place like home, clean, cozy and comfy environment for 2 pax, over looking peaceful greenery view, less noise & big window with good sunlight. The studio is located next to SILK Highway which are well-connected to Kuala Lumpur city centre, Kajang, Cheras, Puchong and Seremban. Easy access to public transports, nearest MRT station will be Batu 11 MRT Station. This studio unit comes with: - 1 unit of covered car park. Free parking at lobby area. (near to mynews) - Queen Size Bed with Akemi Bedsheets, 2 Pillows. - High Speed WiFi. - TVbox with more than 100 channels to watch. - Fully-Functioning Air-Condition - Washing Machine at yard area. - Private Bathroom with Hot Shower - Kitchenette with Cabinet, Refrigerator and Stove - Hairdryer, Shampoo, Fresh towels. - Fridge, Cooking Hood and Hob, Oven, Kitchen utensils, Cooking Pot, Kettle. - Check in time 3pm, check out time 12pm. - Late check out with extra charges, RM30 per hour. - Guest are strictly not allowed to smoke inside my unit, no smoking at my balcony area. Penalty of full deposit will be charged if we found evidence of guest smoking inside my property. - No parties and illegal activities. - Strictly not allowed for pets. - No durian. - Kitchen area are for light cooking only. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer only. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. 1 day - 4 days, Damages deposit is RM100. 5 days onwards, Damages Deposit is RM200. 14 days onwards, Damages Deposit is RM300.
