Please do not imagine that you can use your phone as a satnav to follow routes, the signal is not always consistent and you could end up lost. We are very rural and I would recommend that if you want to explore further afield that you will need a car as taxis are expensive. The nearest bus stop is 15 minute leisurely walk along the river to Pensford from where you catch a bus every 30 minutes to Bristol or Wells. We are a 15 minute car journey from Bristol Airport, 20 minutes into central Bristol, or 30 minutes drive to Bath or Wells. Please note that the post code will bring you to one of 10 addresses within a miles radius and you should check the instructions to get here rather than just relying on your satnav. Bye Mills is family home, and hopefully you will enjoy your stay without realising we are around. But, we do have two secondary school children and whilst we will avoid being unduly noisy you should expect sometimes to hear us outside.
