The appartment is located in a charming renovated house close to Clausen and Grund, some of Luxembourg's most beautiful and vibrant areas. This apartment is the first floor apartment of the house. It consists of a bedroom, a living/working room and a bathroom. Please note that it does not contain a private kitchen. There is a bright and spacious kitchen located separately on the ground floor of the house, which is shared with the guest of the second apartment if that apartment is booked at the time of your stay. We have tried to value the charm of the old house such as its beautiful old wooden and stone floors, and some signs of the passage of time may be visible. There is a big Garden behind the house with a terrace, and a cellar with the washing/drying machine etc. Cleaning/householding devices like Hoover, ironing board, and so on are stored here and you can also store your bigger luggage items here. Garden, cellar and kitchen are shared spaces. You can reach me anytime by phone. I pass by regularly to pick up my mails. Neudorf neighborhood. Walking distance to the old city. At the same it is not too close to Clausen night-club and bar areas, so no noise pollution. 5 min. walk from Amazon headquarters (in Clausen). Perfect stay for Amazoners Busses are going to Gare, Kirchberg. Also you can easily walk or cycle from the place. Parking at the street is free on Sunday. Other times the parking is paid.
