We are just yards from the historic docks area and its museums, restaurants and bars and host to many festivals through out the year as well as outlet shopping centre.. The apartment has secure gated parking and access. A large living area with high ceilings with kitchen/dining space off. The bedrooms are large and well apportioned. Virgin Fibre Broadband is included with speeds of 50MB+ The property is a high quality conversion occupied by professionals done within the last 10 years and is fully sound proofed so you are unlikely to be disturbed during your stay unlike you may find in older regency conversions. You have secure parking for 1 car and we can arrange additional spaces on request for a fixed fee of £5 per day. We understand that single people sometime dont want to share beds and bedrooms. The price you are quoted is calculated based on sharing beds or using only the normal beds. If you dont share want to we are happy to provide fold out beds up to the maximum mentioned as available. We charge a small amount to you for the provision of the extra bedding to cover our laundry costs and our staffs time. This is at a cost of £15 per bed per stay. Gloucester park is just up the road as is Gloucester Docks and the City centre is a short walk. Further parking spaces can be provided for £5 per day. Walking distance from Gloucester Train and bus stations Peaceful location just away from the hustle and noise of the docks. Beautiful views over the bowling club. Lovely parks within yards. We can provide extra parking spaces in Spa Road nearby at a cost of £5 per day. We allow 1 well behaved dog to stay during the apartment. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the apartment. We ask they you ensure you put does not disturb other guests by barking and that you use the local park to walk your dog. We make an extra £25 cleaning charge to cover the cost of the extra cleaning that will be needed
