We have three well-appointed and tastefully furnished rooms. Our light and spacious self-catering cottage, formerly a barn, is adjacent to our B&B with two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests. Lympstone is an idyllic village situated on the Exe Estuary with a pretty fishing harbour, four thriving pubs, tea room and Michael Caines’ Michelin Star, Lympstone Manor. The golden sands of Exmouth Beach, the most western point of the Jurassic Coast, are just two miles away, the historic Cathedral City of Exeter is just eight miles and we are within half an hour of the breathtaking Dartmoor National Park. Being right on the South West Coast Path and Exe Estuary Cycle Trail make us an ideal base for walkers and cyclists. With plenty of secure off road parking, electric vehicle charging point, bike storage and a regular bus and train service from the village The Old Dairy provides the perfect base for exploring the very best of the area. We are situated just 5 miles from J30 of the M5. We have free secure parking for all our guests. The nearest bus stop is within 200 m with a frequent bus service to Exeter and Exmouth. The nearest train station is situated in the village, a short walk away, and has regular rail links with Exmouth and Exeter for connecting trains beyond. We are situated on the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail (NCR 2) and the South West Footpath making us ideal for walkers and cyclists. We have plenty of free off-road parking for all our guests.
