Please note that only one lift is operational, which has been refurbished, and the other lift should be refurbished by no later than Easter 2022 and once that is completed both lifts will be new. Delays may occur during this period of time when only one lift is fully operational for the whole building but since the apartment is on the first floor the impact is minimal however it may mean more waiting time than usual especially during the check in and out process with luggage and during peak times. I suggest checking in and out of the building from the ground floor with your luggage and other bags to minimise any potential disruptions and discomfort during this time.
