Romantic cottage on the creek

Romantic, family holiday house is located above a creek, at the edge of the village and bordered by the forest. The house is surrounded by well kept garden on which you can find 2 parking spaces, 2 separate equiped terraces, outdoor coal and wood grill and the trampoline for children. The house has two floors. The groud floor consists of a hall with stairs to the upper floor, bathroom with shower and toilet and a living area of 36 sq. meters, where you cand find a kitchen with fridge, washing mashine, stowe, coffee maker , toaster etc.; dining angle and sitting area with two sofas (not beds) and cable TV. There is an open fire place, which for security reasons remains closed. There is an additional exit from the living area to one of the terraces. On the upper floor you can find: a large master bedroom with a bed (2 m x 1,8 m), computer desk, two chairs for rest and a big balcony ( 6,2 m long) with some chairs. The second bedroom has a bed (1,9m x 1,6m) and a small closet and hangers. The third bedroom is a single bedroom with a bed (2m x 1m). There is free WI-FI in. There is a shed for bycicles and other possible sport equipment. the house and in the garden. You can access all parts of the house except a small pantry on the ground floor and a wardrobe in the upper floor. I will give all important informations regarding the stay at the house and recomandations for wonderfull stay in the area. Romantic house with a hidden garden, away from crowds in the valley and at the lake during the high season, but still close to all intersting points of the Bohinj valley. Walking distance to the restaurant and sport center with ski jumps (operating in summer aswell) and a zip line for the brave ones. Ideal location for fly fishing, a great location for fantastic mountain bike and road bike tours (all advised by the owner). The house is situated on Juliana trail, so you can enjoy shorter or longer walks on marked trails or maybe ride a horse rented from a stable in the other valley. You can either walk (1,5 km), cycle or take a car (2 km) to the lake. You can use public transport such as bus (bus stop is 500 m away) or train (train station is 5 km away). There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Prices don't include the tourist tax, which has to be payed on the spot in cash . 2 €/night for adults and 1 €/night for children between 7 and 18 years . There is a damage deposit of 400 €, which has to be payed on arrival in cash and will be returned, if everything will be ok, after the check of the property, on departure. Smoking is forbidden in the house.
