CANDLAGAN CREEK HOUSE Breathes coastal living where it feels like every day is a holiday. The essence of the design is open plan with beautiful views over the back lawn to the Creek's edge. Birds song and chatter abound along with the ebb and flow of the tide. Launch your SUP or kayak directly out the back gate. Wander with your kids and dog. Snuggle up with that special someone. Sit on the deck +watch the world go by. Catch some waves. Beach walks. Family and pet friendly. #heaven The house comfortably sleeps a maximum of 8 - with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, baby cot and high chair available upon request. At ground level there is a large ensuite queen bedroom with a 3seater leather couch in the corner and upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and another bathroom w a separate toilet. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom is made up with two single beds. Due to current health crisis we have temporarily paused the linen rental, leaving pillows and doonas on the beds so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels etc. An unlimited Telstra NBN connection via WiFi is available, a Smeg coffee machine/grinder/milk frother, magazines, a DVD library, games and books are provided to help you relax and enjoy your beach break. There's a cosy wood heater in the main living area for any chilly evenings and a woodstack under the deck. The house is available for guests however the study and garage are kept locked as personal items stored here. There is covered parking for two vehicles under the side deck and sufficient space for parking another two vehicles on the new concrete driveway. Help yourself to the raised herb gardens out front. Candlagan Creek House is completely private, however we are available via phone if you need us. Check-in is from 4pm, with check-out by 11am. If you're into fishing there is beach fishing at Broulee Bay and Bengello Beach as well as off the rocks at Broulee headland. Lots of boat fishing from Mossy Point Ramp and the Moruya river. REX Airlines fly daily ex-Sydney into Moruya Airport 10 mins away from Broulee, and you can book a Budget rent-a-car online to get around. The dog friendly yard is securely fenced with gates on either side of the house separating front and backyards and a gate opening directly onto the Candlagan Creek Reserve for easy walkies. There are a couple of dog food/water bowls in the laundry. The 3 closest beaches all allow dogs and there is a "dog off leads" section at South Broulee beach which runs all the way to Moruya.
