Modern 3rd floor apartment in a converted Victorian house development with free parking on private carpark (subject to availability). Fully fitted kitchen, living/dining area with TV and Xbox, 2 double bedrooms (1 with wall mounted TV) and bathroom with shower cubicle. Gas central heating and combi boiler. Travel crib available. Short walk/drive from shops, takeaways, Stepping Hill hospital and Stockport train station. Minutes from the town centre and with easy access to M60 and M62 motorways. There are 2 double bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and bedside table. Bedroom #1 has a hairdryer, dressing table and its own wall mounted TV facing the bed. There is a travel crib available upon request (suitable for 3 year olds and under, subject to availability), as well as children's dining utensils. The kitchen is fully fitted with standard pots, frying pans, utensils (mixing spoons, spatulas etc), microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, oven, hob, cooking knives, as well as plates, cutlery and cups. The living area has a large L-shaped sofa, an extendable dining table with 4 chairs and a TV. The TV has FreeView and an Xbox with several games provided (it is also possible to watch Netflix and DVD's). There is a shower in the bathroom, a washing machine and iron with board, for emergencies. Plenty of storage is provided in the bedrooms and bathroom. Please note that as it is a loft conversion, there is slightly restricted headroom in some of the rooms and the flat is up 3 flights of stairs. Guests have full and sole access to the flat at any time during their stay. We will not trouble you during your stay, unless you require assistance. We do not live on the premises, but there is a key safe system which will allow access to front door keys even if you arrive late at night. We ask you return the keys back into the key-safe when you leave and secure it. We make a charge of £25 for each missing key at the end of your stay. Quiet residential area situated close to the A6 where there is a wide range of supermarket and takeaway options. There is free private car park around the development (subject to availability) and there is some street parking too. The flat is 1 minute walk from the A6 road which leads into Stockport. There are numerous and frequent buses into town. It is a very short taxi ride/10 min walk to the well-connected Stockport train station. No smoking or vaping, no pets, no parties (maximum of 4 people using the flat at any one time). This is a quiet residential development, so we ask that noise is kept to a minimum as a coursety to other residents.
