Cosy 2room App. in South munich with private Sauna

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor. ********* Without change in 20 minutes in the heart of Munich! ********* All rooms are bright and traditionally furnished with wood. Here is plenty of room for 2-4 people! The living room with parquet floors is furnished with a couch (fold-out sofa, providing an additional bed 120x190cm) and a large flat screen TV (amazon fire tv) and a dining table with 4 seats. The windows provide a view of the nearby Grünwalder Forst. The bedroom also has hardwood floors and wood paneled walls. There is a comfortable, big double bed ( with 2 seperate Mattresses for better comfort!). Through the window above your heads, you might observe the stars at night. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna. The kitchen is accessible from the living room and has a cooker with 4 hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Pans and dishes are of course available. Parking for your car and / or bike are plentiful. WIFI is included and free of charge. Your first breakfast will be included, as well! Your kitchen will be stocked with coffee, tea, milk, cereals, butter, jam and honey - and a fresh, Bavarian bread, coffee course. Other: RULES Please note that no smoking is allowed in the house. We will share the garden, the entrance and the staircase of my house. Here you might meet me, my sons or my dog (absolutely nice and well trained - but also a huge dog). Your apartment has a lock and is your private area of course! All purchases can be done on foot! The town center with its shops, banks, doctors and cafes etc. can be reached in 5 minutes. If you like to take a walk, do some jogging or if you are looking out for some nice mountain biking trails - enjoy them all! There are several routes, starting just behind the house. The S-Bahn station "Deisenhofen" is located just 200m. Here you get the lines S3 and Meridian directly into the city center (Ostbahnhof 10 minutes Marienplatz 20 minutes, central station 25 minutes, airport 50 minutes). In the opposite direction it goes to the Bavarian "Oberland". There you can go hiking or skiing by BOB to Schliersee, Bad Tolz or Bayrischzell. We do have a dog and rabbits. They never enter your rooms - even when the apartment is not rented out they are not allowed to do so. Nevertheless, my dog lives in the house and might be met in the staircase and garden! Therefore, the appartment might not fit to people dealing with strong allergies against pets or those that are afraid of big dogs!
