available only for pre booked guests, becomes your home, furnished & fitted out accordingly, not your normal holiday let, escape the ordinary, this character never is out of style; 4 bedrooms with full en-suite & if required 1 further double occasional sofa bed, large ground floor area with disabled toilet & washing; NB 8 guests are well catered for with their bedroom suites, if you need the extra spaces then bath/shower facilities would need to be shared, this can be done with 2 of the bedrooms without disturbance as the ensuite facilities are accessed without having to go through the bedrooms. There are separate WC & washing facilities. a period flint stone & brick property in a conservation area; original features retained; spacious reception areas, wooden beams, nooks & crannies’; walls of colourful artwork, local, nature & seafaring scenes; large light & airy rooms, space for all guests to recharge, relax, revitalise & reconnect with colleagues, friends & family; valley & village views, also looking out over the little Piddle river; you will love the cosy, period, modern, informal & formal atmospheres of the different areas with access to the entire property within the areas described; Guide - Are you ready for an adventure? exclusive to our guests my guide will introduce you to some of the many treats if you come & stay, additional information about the surrounding area, such as specific attractions, recommendations & activities to enjoy during your stay, you can source local produce obtained from land or sea quicker & fresher than retailers & markets; PETS – I guess mainly dogs of which I am a fan, however, not upstairs, one small hair left could cause complaints from guests without pets, downstairs is fine but you will need to clean up after your stay, a dog sitting/walking service maybe available (me) with affection where desired. There is a payment of £150 per pet to stay but this is refundable along with the security deposit, provided, of course there is no extra cleaning required & the house rules have been followed. I do hope you understand & find this fair, as this would involve extra work not allowed for & may affect other guests enjoyment of the property. Any problems you wish to discuss please let me know because as you will see from a previous guest ‘s review they did not seem to understand. parties & events by prior discussion also subject to local restrictions at that time. The outside area is mostly paved & surrounded with earth beds or pots, containing hedging & established shrubs, trees & flowers together with numerous potted plants & the River along one side; within these areas there is seating, tables & BBQ areas for all guests;
