We offer our guests a beautiful, bright, fully furnished, 42 qm apartment in a modern architect house in a prime location in Stuttgart. The souterrain apartment has an open floor plan and is fully equipped. The open living space offers comfortable living in a quiet, convenient downtown location. Exposed concrete and pine Wood are the main design materials in the apartment, combined with beautiful fabrics. A spacious, well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sofa(sofa bed), the designer dining table and the designer lights complete the apartment. The district is located in the south of Stuttgart, but counts to the core city and even borders on the inner city area. Expanded traffic routes and a dense network of public transport usually ensure a smooth flow. Lively streets with shops of all kinds, together with many old buildings Stuttgart-Süd give an urban character. Stuttgart-Süd is a consistently lively district, which has many restaurants. Among them are gastronomy of different cuisine as well as bars and cafes. Even the cultural area is not neglected with galleries, museums and two theaters. Like all of Stuttgart, Stuttgart-Süd is situated on a hilly terrain, so that generous single-family houses can be seen on the hillside. The district has a total of three parks of which one stands out in particular. To the north is the so-called Karlshöhe, a park that provides a magnificent view of the city of Stuttgart. Stuttgart-Süd is optimally integrated into the transport infrastructure of the city. There are both trams and subways as well as bus lines throughout the district. the apartment is perfectly located. by foot: to the City Center: 12 min walk to public transport/subway: 5 min walk (Trains are running til very late every 3 minutes. It only takes 5 minutes to the main train station) by car: to the Autobahn: 8 minutes to the City Center: 3 minutes
