There’s also a lovely open grass area over the back fence. You have a kitchen bedroom bathroom toilet laundry and lounge all to yourself with a outdoor area under the gum trees to relax outside just for you too. You have your own gate with a key and your own door bell so you know when visitors / food deliveries have arrived. There’s also a parking space or two if you need right in front of the gate. It’s very quiet and friendly There are 3 parking bays out front and one just outside your access gate. If you’re walking then it’s only 15 min walk to the shops pubs supermarket take out food trains and bus and the markets are open Thursday to Sunday. The area over the fence with all the grass and trees is available for walks. It has a walking track and easy access at the street corner.
