Enjoy a premium accommodation with a tasteful newly renovated kitchen just 10 min by car outside the city centre. The villa has everything you need for a great vacation home. Suitable for the traveling family with or without kids, who wish to enjoy Gothenburgs green side but still effortless access the city at any time! The villa has a big conservatory and outdoor deck overlooking the garden - great for bbqs. Spacious and very tastefully decorated. High quality home! The villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 adults in proper beds; 2 kingsize and two singles. 2 air mattresses are available to put on the floor in the open space. In total maximum capacity of 8 adults. We can always squeez in more people, but then we can not guarentee maximum sleeping comfort. But If you wish to sleep more than 8 people there is a sofa bed on the entry level and also 2 foam mattress that could be placed in any of the remaining open areas. Please let us know your wishes, its easy to move mattresses around. 1 big bathroom with toilet and bathtub, one guest toilet and one shower room with thimble dryer and washing machine. The house has an open plan with 2 floors and is very clean and cosy. Holds everything you need during your stay. Please see all pictures with added descriptions of what is available. High speed fiber wifi available in whole house that even works in the garden. Large outdoor conservatory that seats 8 pax comfortable during summer. When the weather allows - have a sit on the open air deck overlooking surrounding green nature (6pax) - extra chairs available. We also had a new deck buildt in the garden (2021) that allows relaxing time after a busy day (includes BBQ deck). 1 Sun bed and kids pond (plastic non heated) available. One trampoline with safety net for toddlers/kids. We will hand keys and codes for alarm system upon your arrival.
