Gorgeous big flat in the heart of Madrid World Pride, it’s located at 270 m. walking from Plaza Chueca -3 minutes- where you can enjoy of all the events. You also have the subway and buses at five minutes walking. Both Prado and Thyssen museums are at a pleasant walking of 15 minutes. The flat is around 140 square metres, in the second floor with elevator and doorman. There is optic fiber WIFI. It has two double rooms which are interiors, important advantage because it avoids the noise from the street. One bedroom has a queen bed and a complete en-suite bathroom. The other one has two beds (truckle bed), and another complete bathroom next to the room. There is a big kitchen with all the appliances to prepare a meal, including microwave, oven, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. There is a comfortable sitting room with a 42 inches cable TV, and a studio with hundreds of books if you like to read, both in English and Spanish. The whole flat is rented up to 4 persons. Claudia is the owner and she will welcome you to explain all the details. The neighborhood has a lot of cool restaurants and fashion shops. It's ideal to have a nice walk, go shopping, grab a coffee or enjoy a cold beer&tapas at a terrace. The house is 3 minutes walking from Chueca's subway. 5 minutes from several bus stops and 10 minutes from the Retiro Park. But you can really go anywhere walking, the neighborhood is confortable and cheerful.
