Comfortable cozy apartment with 120 sqm terrace with extraordinary seaview. The house was build in 2015 and all furnitures are new. You have your own access. We live at the ground floor of the house. So if you need anything we are happy to help, but we do also respect your privacy completely and do not enter the apartment during your stay. The beach is about 1 km away, as well as supermarkets etc. Urla is in between Izmir and Cesme. Alacati, which is a very cute old town and famous for its windsurfers, is also not far away (half an hour by car). There is a Surf-school nearby. We also have hiking paths across olive groves in the area. There is a bus stop (dolmus) right in front of the house. We would like to point out that since July 2017 at the latest on the day of arrival we require a copy of the identity card or passport of every guest, just as is required in hotels. You have the possibility to send us a photo of the first page of the document via Mail or Whats App. You will receive the contact details when you make your booking. You can also give us the papers on arrival and we will make copies.
