This is a non smoking property inside and out. The cottage comprises of a lounge, kitchen diner, bathroom, double master bedroom and a second double bedroom with a single mezzanine bed deck. (The bedding can be rearranged to suit younger children on request) There is a front courtyard and rear courtyard/garden. Guests have full access of the cottage along with its gardens. There is shared access over the cottage next door to reach number 2. We are available to speak to guests at any time and give them information on the surrounding area. Illogan is a residential area 2 minutes away from the A30 and 10 minutes away from the nearest beach at Portreath by car. Your own vehicle is essential at this location. There are amenities in the village but they are a 15 minute brisk walk away. Easy access to the A30 means most tourist destinations in this part of Cornwall are 15-30 minutes away. You will need a vehicle or at least bicycles at this location. The Cottage is in a residential terrace with shared access to property’s. Respect of residents privacy and lifestyle is important.
