I also have a parking space outside my garage, situated 50 yards away from the house. 20 minute walk from the city centre and 30 minute walk to Southmead Hospital. Also well situated for the MOD, UWE, Bristol University, BRI, Rolls Royce, Bristol Aerospace, Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway. Light airy double bedroom and shared bathroom with one other. The house is ideal for business travellers. I am available to help or answer any questions by email or phone. I do like interacting with guests but also to give them space. I live close to a lovely park area and am close to the Gloucester Road where there are really good shops, a Gastro pub that serves very good tapas, good restaurants and lots of independent shops too. It is a great place to live. There are excellent bus services and 2 small local train stations, Redland and Montpelier which link the Bristol Temple Meads. There is on street parking for guests that have a car. I also have a parking space in front of my garage. Please note that meals should be eaten in the kitchen diner not in the bedroom. Please also note that the property is a quiet house in a residential area.
