A very comfortable home with the most spectacular view. Once you come to stay you would never want to leave. Nestled in a serene ambience,there are apple,apricot trees in the vicinity.Not to forget the picturesque deodar. Not only that chirping of melodious birds in the morning with a beautiful view of Shimla hills makes it a heavenly stay. Spotless clean the apartment has a balcony and two very comfortable beds with a cozy seating area and a HD TV for entertainment. Bathrooms are equipped with geysers and are sanitised. All in all an ideal place for a much desired getaway. My Guests have access to an exclusive parking space which is otherwise such a hassle in the hills. Guests also have access to the kitchen in the apartment and ofcourse the balcony which offers a spectacular view of the Shimla hills I'm ,as a host, present at the property most of the time. In my absence there is a caretaker who stays at the property till 5 pm. Also I can be reached 24*7 on mobile phone,email. Living here is blissful. It's a retreat like location. The sounds of nature- the whistling of the winds, chirping of the birds are the only sounds one hears. The neighborhood has few houses spaced apart. The home can be easily reached by Taxi,Self driven Car(Exclusive Parking is for self owned cars only) Taxis have to park elsewhere. Also train station is 30 mins away. Apart from that there is a bus stop 50-100m from the home. Airport is just under an hour away. Since water is a scarce resource in Shimla,the Guests are requested to not wash clothes in the apartment. Also smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If at all one is habitual,kindly do it in the balcony. An ashtray is provided. Thanks Also if required, heaters are provided at a minimal charge of ₹250 per day
