Accommodation comprises; a fantastic decking with retractable awning which leads to an open plan kitchen, living area. 2 double bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom laid out with bunk beds, an exquisite shower room and a laundry equipped with washer and dryer. Outside a BBQ is supplied. *The unit to the rear has shared access and can be leased separately when available. I live and work just 5 minutes from this property and I can assist with recommendations, advice and queries you may have. Covid Cancellation Policy: Should the Victorian government restrictions in relation to Covid 19 prevent us from opening for guests, prior to them checking in, then a full refund will be authorised. What is not covered is interstate or international border closures so interstate guests travel at their own risk. Should a group have to cancel due to a positive test result up to 24 hours before check in then a refund of up to 50% of the owners pay out will be offered. This does not include any charge that may be made by the booking platform (e.g.: Airbnb). If a new booking can be secured for the full amount during the dates of the original booking then a full refund can be offered. If a booking can be secured for part of the amount then a refund proportional to that can be offered.
