FYI: The lake water level is very low. Our lake-house has it all for relaxation and fun on the lake! There are stores and restaurant's nearby and if you'd like to take a short trip to Cowboy-Capital, Bandera TX, that's an easy option. The home sits on deep-blue Medina Lake water front with incredible deck views. Bring your own boat. A private boat launch is onsite or rent from Paradise Watersports located nearby (Website hidden by Airbnb) NOTICE: BOATS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE HOME RENTAL!! No more than four adults and four children allowed at any one time. The dock is available for swimming/fishing but the boats are not available for use. You can bring your own boat or water toys to use on the lake. Our neighborhood is made up of private lake-owners on the point at Angel Cove. Limited parking - 3 vehicles max
