Our home is a grade 2 listed building with large rooms and gardens. It is a perfect location for sightseeing North Wales, Anglesey, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . We are very close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Perfect for walkers and anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside. Paula and Simon live on the premises, so are on hand for any help and advice if needed. The guest wing has maximum privacy, but is joined to main house, with access to garden,patio & BBQ area. We have 3 bedrooms available in our house. 1 double and 1 triple and 1 single. There is a shared large bathroom and shower. 2 lounges and use of kitchen if required. There is a large drawing room "The blue room" and a comfortable small snug to watch TV and relax available just for guests. A large garden and outside patio areas, large BBQ and outside dining area are available. We also have a laundry room with washing machine,tumble dryer and large fridge that guests can use along with use of a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of off road parking We can offer any help you may need during your stay and information on the area and all the local towns and attractions. We have a large library, dvds and games for children and adults. Hosts are always available for any advice and assistance to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. St Asaph although it is a city with an historic cathedral is quite small but very friendly with some shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There is a lovely park and a river and is all within walking distance from our house. There is plenty to see and do in the area. We are only 1 hour drive from Liverpool and Manchester and half an hour to Chester. Snowdonia is about a 40 minute drive and there are many beaches and scenic mountains and walks within a 10-15 minute drive from us. There are regular buses and trains nearby. The Welsh are renowned for their warmth and hospitality, so you wont be disappointed when you visit us. We welcome visitors to our home and would like it to be your home during your stay. We are very chilled and relaxed about most things, so enjoy our home! Breakfast with home made bread, bircher muesli. Local yoghurt , continental ham and cheese, fresh berries etc is included and served in the dining room from 7am. *Please note that while we are still under certain covid restrictions in Wales and for your safety and reassurance, breakfast items will be left in the guest kitchen for self service .
