Laburnum Apartment by the Sea with Private Garden

Our Bedroom contains a Full size double bed and a travel cot for any baby visitors. There is lots of storage for whatever length of stay. Our lounge contains a Double pull out Futon bed which is perfect for the smaller visitors. A large sofa to snuggle up on and a large TV to watch that family movie at the end of the day. We have a Smart TV, Unlimited broadband, Netflix and Amazon Prime :-) The Bathroom and Kitchen come fully equipped so you dont have to worry about carting around your kitchen sink on this trip, Please dont even worry about a towel!! We have you covered :-) You can also enjoy our private, little, sun trap garden area which is perfect for a BBQ or just to sit with an ice cream with the Sun shining and the radio on in the background ;-) COVID-19 Cleaning and Sanitising. Please be assured when you visit us at Laburnum By The Sea your safety and comfort are our highest priorities. Our cleaners are fully trained in Holiday Cleaning and sanitising and each and every step is meticulously taken care of. At Laburnum By The Sea are trying to keep the creature comforts of home in place but in a safe and clean manner for your stay. Please read on and we'll briefly explain how we are doing this. Our Bedroom contains a full size double bed and a travel cot can be requested for any tiny visitors. The mattress is double protected and then sprayed with fabric disinfectant at every change over. The bedding and any soft furnishings are rotated and cleaned at every change over and the child cot is deeply sanitised and aired for 48 hours after each use. Our lounge contains a double pull out futon bed which is perfect for the smaller visitors. This is also double protected and sprayed with fabric sanitiser at each use. There is a large sofa to snuggle up on and a large TV to watch that family movie at the end of the day. We have a SMART TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime plus Unlimited High Speed broadband (Please note there is no live TV at the apartment, Sorry) The Bathroom and Kitchen come fully equipped so you do not have to worry about carting around your kitchen sink on this trip, don't even worry about a towel!! We have you covered :-) All surfaces throughout the house will go through a 4 stage cleaning process .... Cleaning, Sanitising, Checking & Resetting. We will not be able to bring you all the little, additional treats that you are used to when staying at Laburnum By The Sea but rest assured you will have a safe, cosy and comfortable trip to remember. In addition to this you can also enjoy our private, little, sun trap garden area which is perfect to sit with an ice cream in the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet.
