Cozy Room For One is in our private home. Hosts will be on site. We live in the heart of the wine country. Our backyard is lined with redwood trees...the tallest trees in the world! We live a half hour from the ocean and a half hour from Armstrong Woods. Lovely, comfortable furnished bedroom for ONE guest only. **Private bathroom, unless the other room is occupied. The room includes: extra long twin captain's bed, desk, chair, dresser, floor lamp, and bookcase. New cork floors! No high heels, please. Includes high-speed internet access (Wifi). Walk or bicycle to Sonoma State University. Street parking only. We are only one mile from the town of Rohnert Park where one can shop and choose from a number of restaurants. We are an easy-going man and woman who prefer guests who are respectful, responsible, friendly, neat, and clean. Absolutely NO smoking permitted in or surrounding our home. No drugs or alcohol. Showers are to be kept to five minutes or less, due to water shortage and concern for protecting our environment. No eating in your bedroom; we have a lovely kitchen for you to eat your food. No cooking with the exception of the microwave. Sorry, but NO pets. No exceptions. (Please don't inquire, even if it's a small dog or a service dog.) We have two shy (non-shed) Havanese doggies. There is no carpeting in the home, which makes it really great for those with allergies. We have landscaped the front of our home with drought-tolerant plants and trees.
