The top floor contains the master bedroom & ensuite with a large walk in robe, a beautiful granite and Tasmanian oak full kitchen with a full sized fridge, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher and utensils. The Lounge room has a large TV with free Netflix and 4 lovely, comfortable recliner chairs, dining table and 4 chairs and 2 chairs on the kitchen bench dining space and a large outdoor patio with 6 seater table and comfy corner seating lounge. This floor also has a full sized laundry with washer, dryer, iron and board. Fully air conditioned. Ground level contains another lounge with large TV, pull out double sofa and extra chair, queen sized bedroom, 2 single beds in sleep out, spare king single sized mattress & double shower and vanity. The double glass doors open out to your garden and your own private spa for your enjoyment. Overlooking bushland, mountains and playing field. A Thai restaurant, fish & chip shop are also very close by. 10 minutes away in Albany Creek there is plenty of restaurants/Cafes, shopping and another tavern. The famous Eatons Hill Tavern & function centre is 5 minuted by car. With a capacity of up to 8000 for concerts & special events, Eatons Hill hosts some of the biggest National and International Artists & DJ’s, with a variety of festivals each year. Weekly live music & DJ’s give you good vibes & the perfect atmosphere to relax and chill, or get on the dance floor! This is a very popular restaurant for your dining experience.
