Modern Apartment Near the Sea

Just 5min walk away from the historic center, our apartment has all the commodities you need.A supermarket is just across the street. Beach entrance, pedestrian area, restaurants, and shops are few meters away.The building and the area are very familiy friendly and there is no noise at nights.There is a main bedroom and a sofa-bed with a very comfortable new mattress in the living room. Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing-machine... Place for bikes available in the building. Enjoy!! :) This is our place to be close to family and friends. We are currently living abroad and cannot enjoy it as much as we would like, so we've decided to share our corner of the world! The area is full of local people,so it has a very nice authentic atmosphere. There is a children's playground 50m away, in a nice square next to the beach with water fountains. Great ice cream in the area!!! You can bike around or just have a nice walk to the beach or restaurants
