Seafront Independent Beach Apartment

Cosy, safe independant first floor appartment (65sq.m.) with two bedrooms, living-room with sofa, kitchen, wc with shower, fully furnished. Only few steps away from the beach and it's crystal blue waters. Our apartments are literaly on the beachfront only meters away from the sea. You can swim all day (and night) and enjoy the breeze, the sound of the sea and the calmness of the area. Our family lives next door during the summer months so if you need something, we will be there to help. I, personally, greatly enjoy suggesting the best places to swim and, most importantly, to eat. You will probably gain a few kilos in Chios, the food is fantastic. In Agia Fotia you can find nice and quiet cafes and bars and taverns by the sea. There is also a very convenient mini market. All in a few meters distance. Note during off season some businesses may change their opening hours or even be closed. There is bus service to the town of Chios six or seven times per day during summer season. Also the area is very easily accessible by taxi. There is a car hire company in Agia Fotia and a free municipal car parking very near by (2min walking distance). Also there is a local marina that can host small boats. Nearby villages have many more options (i.e markets, restaurants, cafes) are only 5min away by car or 25min on foot. Each floor has an ethernet repeater for the wifi. Please do not unplug it, do not reset it, do not interfere with it at all if possible, because it unsettles the internet setting for the whole property.
