The local wildlife includes foxes, coyotes, and cougars. A great variety of birds live in the native, majestic trees on the property. Acorn woodpeckers, red shouldered hawks, and CA quail are year round residents. The bird baths are visited by robins and wrens. The guests have exclusive, private use of the entire cottage, entry, internet, and the area in front and on the sides of the cottage. It is a single dwelling with no shared walls.
