We’d like to show you the cosy and beautiful 3 star holiday flat with 39 square metres. It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons. The cosy living area is equipped with a pull out couch and a reclining armchair with a coffee table. The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed with oversize height of more than 65 cm with reclining duckboards as well as a spacious wardrobe with a complete body mirror. The holiday flat offers LED- SAT-TV, a CD-player and a radio clock. Furthermore the holiday flat has got an east balcony with a view on green and trees. Garden furniture are at your disposal. Besides a dinette the holiday flat has a separate fully equipped fitted kitchen and offers a stove/oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, an electric kettle as well as a refrigerator with a freezing compartment. The bathroom has a bath tub with showering device, a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. In the separate entrance area there is a wardrobe cabinet. An iron and an ironing board are at your disposal. Parking There are reserved parking lots in front of the building. Bus and Rail are free of charge in the hole black forest area! We offer your a special service during your stay: Apart from many discounts at facilities throughhout the Black Forest you can use buses and trains within the defined KONUS zone free of charge with the KONUS Gutest Card. Every guest of our house get these Guest Card at the arrival. That means you can reach favorite touristic hot spots like Titisee, Furtwangen, Freundenstadt, Freiburg i. Br., Basel or the Europa park and many more free of charge. Apart from this special service you get also some events free of charge like the entrance to the local museum, concerts and more. Furthermore you get discounts for the entrances into the balinea hot spots, the Tote-Meer-Salzgrotte, theatres and concerts, mini gulf, creative courses and special meetings. Washing machine and laundry dryer A washing machine and a laundry dryer are available for you in our house. The washer and the dryer can be activated with tokens. You get them at the office in the foyer for € 2,50 each. Our special loundry service At your arrival you find anything prepared: the beds are covered with bed linnen, enough towels are at your disposal and will be changed weekly. If you stay 3 weeks or more your bed linnen will changed free of charge! Off-season From 1st November to 1st March the off-season price is applies. All holiday flats in our house are reduced in this period by 10% of the main season price. Lift There is a lift in the building. Bicycle parking areas There is a free bicycle parking area in the basement. Satellite-Television All holiday flats are equipped with Satellite-TV (some have over 100 digital programs).
