Swimming Pool, BBQ area, large Deck

I want to loin AirnB now as I’ve been having adult students for the past 20 years, never advertised all only word of mouth, but I don’t want to be tied down anymore as I would have to provide 3 meals a day, this way is very flexible. Guests can make themselves feel at home, use of swimming pool and BBQ Everything pool/tennis court ( but at the moment the net has been taken off as my last students played basket ball on it all the time) Train a 7 minute walk to Bardwell Park Station, and about a 20minute train ride to CBD, and 2 stations away from the airport. 3 minute walk To buses, and 5 minutes to shops Train and bus close
