Room in shared beautiful and light filled 5 room apartment. Two bathrooms. In front of bus stops and 10 minutes walking distance from Combatentes metro station. Near the university campus. Individual parking space in the apartment's garage for 3,50€ per day. This room has a south facing balcony. Big supermarket and cafes in front of the building. Good manners are required when using the shared areas. HOUSE RULES This apartment is shared. As such, please use it with respect and care for the other guests. Please note the following rules: 1. Check-in after 15h (we ask to contact the host for other arrangements) 2. Take care of the apartment, as if it were your own. 3. Respect the neighbours and the other guests. 4. Clean up after yourself. 5. Respect the common areas and their rules 6. Avoid noise between 10 p.m (22h) and 09 a.m.(09h). 7. Leave the apartment as you found it (trash must be thrown away, turn all lights off, close the windows). 8. Check-out around 12:00 (you can leave your luggage in the apartment upon request) 9. Leave the keys in the door of your room KITCHEN RULES The kitchen is a common area. As such, please use it with respect and care for the other guests. Please note the following rules: 1. Don’t make noise. Close the cabinets softly, don’t let them smash. 2. Make sure the refrigerator door is always closed. Don’t waste energy. 3. Don’t wast unnecessary water. Always close the faucet when you don’t need it. 4. Please wash, dry and put your dishes back in the cabinet once you are finished with them. Don’t let them pile up on the sink. 5. Please take out your thrash bags when you leave the apartment. Don’t let them smell and attract flies. There are trash bins right in front of the building. 6. After you cook or use any of the appliances, make sure everything is clean and ready for other people to use. 7. If you break something contact the host right away to figure out a solution. 8. If you spill something or dirty something, please clean it right away. 9. When you check out, please withdraw all your belongings from the refrigerator that may go bad. Don’t let rotten food ruin everybody else’s things. 10. Make sure the microwave is clean after you use it. 11. If you drop it, pick it up. If you dirty it, wash it. If you open it, close it. If you turn it on, turn it off. Thank you! :) Guests have complete access to the shared areas and they are handed keys upon their arrival. 24h self-check-in. Communication is not problem: we speak English, German and Spanish, apart from native Portuguese; we also understand a little bit of French and Italian. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment is 20 minutes walking distance from the University Campus from Porto, by Hospital S. João. 15 to the city center by bus. 13 minutes walking distance from a metro station. There are bus stops within 2 minutes walking distance. The buses are regular and take 15 minutes to the city centre. 24h self-check-in. Big supermarket in front od the building. Free parking on the street. Right next to bus stops and 13 minutes walking distance from the metro station. Quick access to the center. Near the university campus. In the area and within some minutes walking distance are bakeries, cafes and restaurants.
