Relaxing two-bedroom home with a spacious outside terrace situated on a quiet beach 5 min from Larnaca Airport. Complete with a well-equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and three beds: one queen-sized, two singles. Large sofa can be used as a fifth bed. Private parking for two cars. Directly on the seaside! You will be living right on the beach, with access to a large outside terrace (including a table and chairs, where you can have meals and drinks). Inside the house there is a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with four hobs, an oven, microwave, mixer, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, separate kitchen counter and plenty of storage space. There are two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom with a shower and access to a washing machine and two-car parking space. I will meet you at the start of your booking to give you a key and show you around the house. You'll have total privacy after that, but I am just a phone call away if you have any queries or issues. I live a half hour's drive away in Nicosia. The house is situated within a complex of holiday homes on a beautiful, quietly idyllic beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation away from it all. There is a kiosk (convenience store) within walking distance, plus a beach bar and a fish restaurant (taverna). The house is a 5 minute drive from Larnaca Airport and a 10 minute drive from central Larnaca/Palm Beach and Makenzy Beach. There is a bus running from the kiosk near the house (within walking distance) going into central Larnaca. A car is the best way to get around Cyprus and the house has private parking for 2. Larnaca city is just half an hour away from other popular destinations: Ayia Napa, Limassol and Nicosia. There is an extra charge for air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.
