The apartment is on the first floor and has its own main door. It has been a much-loved family home and is now used for personal holidays. With 4 single beds, it is ideal for families or workers Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note check in runs from 4pm to 10pm. Entry after this time will not be entertained. Check out is 10am. Whilst we try to remain flexible when less busy, please be prepared to abide by these timing for your stay. Barry and the team at Evergreen Property manage the property and are available for all questions. Most of our properties are central and the best way to explore Edinburgh is definitely on foot. Parking is expensive in the city centre and, from 11th April 2021, Edinburgh Council has introduced Sunday parking charges. We recommend leaving your car at home where possible and using public transport and explore on foot. You will be sent directions to the property a day or two before your arrival. If you are unsure about whether the property has cheap/free parking, please do not hesitate to ask. UPDATE ON THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL PARKING RESTRICTIONS As of 11 April 2021, the City of Edinburgh Council are introducing Sunday parking charges in Zones 1 to 4. If you intend to drive into the City Centre and park, please be vigilant and check the rules and pricing strategy before you park. Evergreen Property will not be held liable for any parking charges incurred. WORK HOURS Evergreen Property have staff managing the Airbnb App from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for a member of staff who has worked 10 hours. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4pm to 10pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you're planning on arriving after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIES AND LOO ROLL Each toilet will be provided with 2 loo rolls -regardless of length of stay and after that, guests are expected to buy their own. Whilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. Omicron and house visits The safety of our guests and staff is paramount in all that we do and, until we understand more about the seriousness of the Omicron variant, we will be trying to avoid house calls and most support will be offered remotely. If someone needs to visit the property during your stay, you will be asked to leave the property for the duration of that visit. We thank you for your understanding at this difficult time. Thank you
