Our beautiful studio is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing time in a peaceful environment with amazing views. Whether playing table tennis & badminton, cooking up a bbq, cooling off in the pool or just snoozing in the hammock is your thing, you have it all here! En 10min à pied vous serez sur la superbe plage, le port ou bien en centre ville. If you are coming with a baby or a child, we can happily provide a cot, a high chair, a bath and some toys! Fully equipped kitchen: - Dishwasher - Fridge + freezer - Oven - Microwave - Nespresso machine - Kettle - Toaster General: - Wifi - 4K smart TV (with Netflix!) - Air conditionning & heating - 160x200m double bed - 2 x sofa beds - Washing machine - Ironing board + iron (on demand) - Clothes drying rack Bathroom: - Power shower - Towels - Toiletries - Hair dryer You have your own independant access to the Studio so you can come and go as you please. You will enter the property via the main gate and walk down the garden to access the Studio. The garden and pool/barbecue area is a COMMUNAL area therefore you may be sharing it at times with us and if there are any, the guests of the other apartment (which caters for a maximum of 4). FRANCAIS: Vous pouvez aller et venir comme bon vous semble car l'accès à votre studio est indépendant. Cependant, il se peut que vous ayez à partager la piscine et le reste du jardin avec nous et les invités de l'autre appartement (qui ne peut accueillir que 4 personnes max) car ce sont des parties communes. We live on the property in the main house so we will be present most of the time. Therefore we can help you with our local knowledge should you wish to use it! We have 2 adorable dogs, a golden retriever born in June 2018 and a little rescue born in August 2018. They love children and people and are always up for some play time and cuddles! FRANCAIS Nous vivons dans la partie principale de la maison ainsi nous devrions donc être présents la plupart du temps. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de partager avec vous notre connaissance de la région si vous le souhaitez Nous avons 2 chiens, un golden retriever ne en juin 2018 et une petite chienne nee en aout 2018. Ils sont tres sociables et adorent les enfants ainsi que les adultes. Rien ne les rend plus heureux que de jouer ou caliner ! Our neighbourhood is relaxed and peaceful one, very safe and friendly neighbours. You can walk to the Main Street and to the beaches and port in 10 minutes! You can easily walk to town, the beach and the train station. From the station you can access Barcelona direct and also the airport with 1 change only. We would probably recommend you to have a car to explore the nearby areas and make the most of your trip. ~ Check in from 3pm and check out 11am. Early check-in subject to room availability. ~ The studio should be left in the same condition that it was in when you arrived. In the event of any damage or destruction to our property, the Guest should be held responsible and be required to cover any costs for repair, loss or destruction. ~ Please consider other guests when using the common areas and help keep them clean and tidy. ~ Quiet hours start at 22h and end at 8h. Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for the other guests and neighbors. ~ Please be informed that we charge a lost key fee of 35€ for the lock to be changed.
