All rooms are en-suite with air conditioning, private balconies / terraces and kitchenette. There are spacious lounge areas for relaxation and ample dining areas inside and out for entertaining family and friends. There is an outside kitchen area with large BBQ and outside fridges. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with everything you would require for your stay. Bottled water is provided with a water cooler dispenser and a supply of bottled water in each room. The well manicured and mature gardens wrap around the property and feature an abundance of fruit trees where you can pick your own fruit when in season. There is a large private pool with inflatables, ample sun loungers, outside showers, plus a selection of garden games including childrens swings, paddling pool, golf, archery, swing ball, badminton, table tennis, football, plus hammocks for relaxing. The property is secure with gated entrance, private driveway and large private carpark. The villa and grounds are alarmed and connected to Securitas Direct. Quiet peaceful area, yet very accessible to all the local beaches, 'Puig Campana' mountain, Benidorm nightlife, shopping malls etc. Situated just 1/2 mile from the picturesque, old town of FInestrat and just 6 km to La Cala beach. Excellent location for cyclists, hikers, walkers and golfers with fabulous weather virtually all year round. Ideal for family celebrations and reunions. You can take a tour of the old quarter with its cobbled streets and colourful houses, have a bite to eat in one of the many cafe bars and restaurants, or a gentle walk around the base of Puig Campana mountain. La cala de finestrat beach, a small family friendly beach with crystal clear water and fine white sand is just 5km away. There is a variety of activities here including peddle boats, jet skis and snorkeling. The more lively town of Benidorm is 15 mins away. It is famous for its two beaches, Ponienti and Levante, the old town with its excellent range of shops and cafe bars, fiestas, street entertainment and its busy colourful nightlife. For hiking and walking enthusiasts, then a visit to 'Puig Campana' is a must. Cycling is hugely popular in this area, due to the variety in terrain and favourable climate. With over 300 routes to choose from, Finestrat regularly attracts professional and amateur cycling groups. The villa is a few hundred yards from the local bus stop, where you can travel to Benidorm town and Cala de Finestrat directly. Fares cost 1.50 euros per journey. A car is recommended if you intend to travel around the local area sightseeing or to obtain a large grocery shop from one of the many supermarkets close by. Groceries can be purchased and delivered to the villa prior to your arrival. Transport can be arranged into Benidorm. Takeaway meals can be arranged.
