External Description Villa Poggio Greve is located in the countryside of Panzano in Chianti, and can be reached by crossing a quiet, sealed road. The property is located on top of a hill (altitude of 450 m), and enjoys a breathtaking panorama of the Chianti Classico vineyards and olive groves. Surrounded by a garden with lawn, flowers, olive and lemon trees, the villa boasts a large patio with panoramic view, barbecue and private parking. The outdoor spaces are embellished by a beautiful infinity pool (10 x 5 m), equipped with parasol, sunbeds and external shower (wih cold water). Next to the pool is a large gazebo with a dining table, ideal for having alfresco lunches/dinners, surrounded by nature. Internal Description Spread over 3 floors, Villa Poggio Greve can accommodate up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms (5 with double bed 160x190cm and 1 with two single beds 80x190cm) and 5 bathrooms (all provided with hairdryer). Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed. All windows are provided with mosquito screens. Five bedrooms have ceiling fans. Basement floor: Through an independent entrance from the outside you can reach the basement which houses a "tavern" overlooking the garden and the pool. Inside you will find a double bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Ground floor: You are welcomed by a large living room with sofas, armchairs, fireplace and tv. Following is a dining room with a wooden table, and a sitting room with armchairs and fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and breakfast table. On this floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Finally is a veranda, a storage room and a laundry room. First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and hot tub; 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together if necessary). These last two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Prices and conditions Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); house, garden and pool maintenance; Internet Wifi. Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival). Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
