Funkis house in attractive area

This fairly new house will offer you the perfect location for a stay in Oslo if you are into convenience, only 15 minutes by tram from the city center yet located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood where you can enjoy our luxurious comfort. The first thing that greets you upon entering this house is a 36 feet tall old apple tree in the front yard (blossoming in may). The entrance is on the first floor where you also will find two bedrooms/office space, bathroom and a laundry room. A wide staircase will take you up to a second floor with high ceiling, lots of natural light from the large window arrangements and a clean and calm atmosphere. There´s a panorama fireplace that can be enjoyed from both the lounge area and dinner table. The spacious open kitchen/dining area makes it easy to socialise whilst preparing a delicious home cooked dinner. We love to cook and the kitchen is equipped with all necessities. You can enjoy your breakfast on the kitchen balcony or simply on the go at the bar stools. Furthermore, the second floor offers a master bedroom, a children's room and a big bathroom. The main terrace is facing southwest with plenty of sun, and is apr. 30m2 (320 sq. ft.). It´s private and a place where you can sunbathe or enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set. BBQ facilities available (both charcoal and gas). Two bikes are available at your disposal. Double garage parking (upon request). Lilleaker is a small residential area that has a few great coffee shops (Grønn cafe and Malou), supermarkets and a big shopping mall (CC Vest), all within walking distance. What better way to start the day than a morning swim in the sea! Grab a coffe and bring with you to the dock and go for a dip! Lysaker brygge is a 10 minute walk away. If you are into running or hiking or simply just would like to enjoy a long walk along the Lysaker river there are miles and miles of tracks right outside the doorstep. Tram station and bus stop is 300 meters away. The tram number 13 will take you downtown in 10-15 minutes. The tube from ´Bjørnsletta´ station is a 4 minute walk and will get you to Majorstua/Frogner (great shopping) area in 10 minutes. The airport express train (Flytoget) from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Lysaker station takes 35 minutes. Lysaker is a two minute drive from the house. A separate section of the first floor, with a private entrance, is rented out on a permanent basis. This will not be noticeable in terms of sound or any other disturbances.
