Ask for availability if you want to book multiple rooms. We offer up to 4 private rooms in a brand new house with custom made furniture. The house has 4 living rooms/sitting areas. We have a fully stocked bar, outdoor spa and a gym at your disposal. Free WiFi, BBQ area, Playstation, 4 bicycles and hundreds of dvd's are available to all guests as is our huge kitchen for those who wish to cook up a feast. If you wish to make a booking for more than one room (2 people), contact us FIRST before using instant booking and for pricing. And ESPECIALLY for bookings over Christmas, for that time ALL reservations need to be confirmed with us first. If we are booked for the time you are requesting, please still get in touch as we have 3 bedrooms and a 4th extra room available and can accommodate up to 10 people as we have 5 double beds available across the 4 rooms. Rooms will be allocated according to guest needs, so if guest require a certain room as a condition of their booking, make sure to ask first. We would like to invite you to our brand new, purpose built house for guests, we have 3 private rooms with double beds and a 4th etxre room with a sofa bed overlooking a beautiful park. Each room features your own tv, air condition/heater, your own desk, built in wardrobes, private tenant bathroom and a separate guest living room. The house is over 330sqm and has tons of space, counting 3 living rooms an a study in total. There is a large fully equipped kitchen at you disposal and a walk in pantry with a designated space for all your food storage needs. The kitchen also features a large fridge with built in filtered chilled water and ice cube dispenser. There is an outdoor spa for your enjoyment that seats 6, situated next to our outdoor Balinese garden BBQ area that can be sectioned off and fucntion as an indoor room and an outdoor room. Additionally we have an entertainment room with a bar fully stocked with award winning beers, local wines and even a selection of snacks, all for your enjoyment. We now even have a Gym for you to enjoy, it includes a home gym, plenty of free weights and an exercise bike. If you value privacy rest assured you will have it, as guests and host are situated at completely opposite sides of the house. Unlimited free wireless internet is of course available throughout the house and we even have courtesy bicycles you can use while staying with us so you can move around freely. Depending on your needs we can accommodate most food requests and can even provide an all meals included option if desired, for a fee. Hope to hear from you, Kind regards Ryan & Rhiannon Guests have access to everything in the house and as seen in our pictures except our bedroom and our cars :-) So Kitchen, BBQ, Spa, Gym etc. is at at your disposal. We live at the property and love to socialize, but as the house is huge all guests will have an option of privacy if they wish. There is a living room for each bedroom so space is never a problem. We have lots of suggestions for things to do and places to see, we have even made several tours for you to follow, all collected in our house information book, this also includes the most price competitive options for travel and car rentals etc. With experience of working in hotels Ryan and Rhiannon also have prepared a welcome pack you will find in your room with lots of information and maps that will be useful during your stay. We even have self serve room menu with drinks and snacks if you run out of you own! Boredom should not be an issue as there is a 18 hole golf course, several gyms and an aquatic center within 2 km from the house, not to mention a scenic bike track. The bus leaves out the front of our house and the local train station in down the road, we also provide bikes free of charge so guests can take them to the station or even into the city. If arriving or leaving by plane, train or any other method of transport, we also offer a pick up/drop off service for $40 AUD whenever possible, a taxi from the airport could be close to double. The house is in a safe and secure neighborhood, but for added ease of mind we have security cameras covering the front of the house and the side. All rooms have lockable doors and guests get a set of keys peer room.
