Stafford Heights King bed Room, Pets welcome

2 storey house. Bottom of this house is to be an AirBnb area with 3 downstairs bedrooms, full kitchen, oven , Induction cooktop ,microwave , dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Living room, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and laundry area. We do share this area as well to enter or leave the house but our main living space is upstairs. We are 20 minutes drive from the Airport & CBD. 5mins drive from shops and parks. Regular bus service direct to the city every 20min, 2 minutes walk from the house. We have a unique position. We are at the end of a service lane , with lots of trees and somewhat sheltered from the main road. We haver 2 very chilled cats and 2 small poodles. There is a small secured front lawn that your pet can use. PLEASE NO PUPPIES IN THIS ROOM AS IT IS CARPETED. You are welcome to share with other guests (if the 2 other rooms are occupied) the whole bottom floor of this house. the kitchen, lounge, laundry , toilet and bathroom area. The patio at the entrance of the house is a nice little spot to enjoy a coffee/tea in the morning sun. We are a family of four with 2 teenagers and few pets. Most of the time at home, so we are available if needed. Coffee shop, Newsagent and take away Asian restaurant the street behind which is a 2 minutes walk from our place. Stafford City shopping Centre with Aldi , Woolworth, Kmart approximately 1km away. From this area there is access to an extensive bicycle and walk track "the Kedron Brooke bike track". On the opposite direction we are located 20 mins drive from the second biggest Shopping Centre in Australia "Westfield Chermside" . Expansive retail complex featuring brand-names stores, fast food options and cinemas. There is a direct bus to this shopping but it might be quicker to drive there or use a Uber. Bus 345 runs every 15 mins to the city . Access to Aderly train station. 10 mins drive. 20 mins away from Brisbane Airport One of my 2 poodles, Teddy loves to greet everybody and the other little one Paris, is more of a watch dog & barks a little. She will settle once she gets to know you . We are very happy to host you and your family pet as long as you pick up behind him/her any mess they may do. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT PUPPIES AS THERE IS CARPET IN THIS ROOM.
