Clean, quiet south facing Room

This is a fairly new 4 bedroom house located just on the outskirts of Neath. Neath is surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside (parks, hills, walks and mountain bike tracks). Neath is only 10 minutes away from Swansea and the famous 'Mumbles'. Of interest to those in the medical profession we are very close (3 miles) to the Neath, Port Talbot general hospital. A modern 4 bedroom detached house with parking space for 3 cars. You will have your own room and private bathroom. Breakfast is available on a self help basis and is included in the price. You will have your own private room and sole use of the bathroom. The bathroom has bath and shower, wash basin and toilet. Guests can use the kitchen and equipment therein. There is a washing machine in the utility area. Guests may also relax in the lounge and watch tv or listen to music if desired. We are happy to spend time with our guests if they wish for interaction. This is a very quiet and peaceful location with very friendly neighbours. There is a regular bus service into Neath, it only takes a few minutes. Frequent train services to Swansea and Cardiff. Taxis are readily available.
