The Conifers - lovely family home in Witney

The Conifers is a bright and spacious family home in Witney. This detached 4-bed home sleeps up to 7 people and is also one of the few pet-friendly family homes in the area. It is a modern home that has been recently redecorated and fully refurnished. It is tucked away behind an established row of conifers at the end of a quiet close on the outskirts of Witney, just 5 minutes drive from the town centre. Guests have sole access to the entire house. On the ground floor, you have a bright and spacious living room with brand new sofas and smart tv with Netflix and internet access. Double doors lead out into the dining room with a lovely conservatory beyond that has both ceiling fan and underfloor heating for use in all weathers. Also on the ground floor you will find the down stairs loo and a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a home from home stay. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom with overbath shower. The house sleeps 7 people: There are 2 large double bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and a king-size bed There is a further double bedroom and 1 single (please note the single room has a built in bed, it is a full-size single and extremely comfortable for an adult but is up a 3-step ladder as shown in the photo's). All beds have superior quality mattresses and hotel standard duvets, pillows, bedding and bath-sheets. The outside space includes a sunny garden with patio, garden furniture and bbq at the rear of the house and and off road parking for up to 3 cars at the front. Guests have access to the whole house, garden and off road parking for up to 3 cars at the front of the house. The Conifers is just a 5-minute drive into Witney town centre, which is bustling with superb pubs and coffee shops and a great selection of both high street and independent stores. You can take a bus from behind the house into town and beyond to Oxford. This regular service runs every 10-20 minutes during the day and very late into the evening. Witney is a great location: in around 20-30 minutes drive you can reach the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace in Woodstock & Oxford city centre. Bicester Village designer outlet shopping centre is just 22 miles away too!
