My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. Quiet location with stunning views overlooking North Inch Park and the River Tay. You will enjoy sole access to the whole of your apartment, with the main front door, basement and stairwell being shared access to our other two self-catering apartments. We like to leave you to enjoy your holiday without interruption but for peace of mind, the office is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am until 5pm. We also provide an out of office contact number for emergencies arising outside of office hours. Parking We have 1 parking bay available for you to use and this is located in a private car park a short walk from the apartment in Barossa Street. The cost is £5.00 per bay per day and must be taken for the duration of your stay. Please contact the office to add this option to your booking. Parking is also available outside the apartments in Barossa Place, Barossa Street and Rose Terrace. These are metered between 8am and 6pm and are charged at £1.00 per hour with no return within 4 hours. Train Station Perth train station is situated in the centre of Perth and is approximately 0.8miles (20 minute walk) from the Apartment.
