Be our guests to newly built, beautiful two story modern house, fully furnished, modern amenities. Located in a secure neighbourhood, ony 4.5 Kms to Battaramulla, 5 Kms to Rajagiriya. Save time on your holiday, cut down city traffic, short stroll to the local wet market, fills all your daily needs in minutes. For all your planned shopping, Colombo major shopping precincts just within half hour drive. House comprises with 4 bedrooms, two with air conditioning, all have fans, comfy beds with quality pocket spring mattresses, and pop-up mosquito nets. Ground floor two bedrooms, one with King size bed and the second with a Queen bed. Similar setup for upper floor. Powder room and laundry and a servants toilet at ground floor. Hot water supply for all bathrooms. Kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster and pots and pans. Also, a fridge, tea coffee making facilities. A TV area with PEO TV connection. Guests can access all public areas of the house ( Living room/TV room/Sun Room/Powder Room/Laundry/Kitchen/Balconies) except the 5th bedroom which is reserved for our family when we are coming to Sri Lanka. We won't be staying if the house is booked by any guests. The driveway/entrance gate is shared with a second house on the same property which is ocupied by an elderly couple. Friendly neighbourhood, a restaurant/fast food outlet and a function hall across the road. A hire car can be arranged through a third party rent-a-car company, 5 minutes walk to the main bus station.
