Stunning location 3 storey townhouse by the seaside, offering very spacious comfortable stay in a contemporary house, situated in a small private site , minutes from a soft sandy beach. Spacious stylish townhouse offering 4 bedrooms over the upper 2 floors. Sea Views from bedroom 2 and 4. Living room, kitchen/family room, utility room. 3 TV's master bedroom, family room, and living room. 2 bathrooms and a seperate w/c on the ground floor. Driveway with space for 1 car, if parking on the rounded stones then space for 2 cars side by side. There is no garden with this house, only a very small back area, however the house is 2 minutes walk away from the beach and sea. Should your family be larger than the house allows (maximum 9) then I have Beach View available opposite this house which is directly on the sea front. Access via lockbox out off hours otherwise I will greet you with a key Entry to the house is from the driveway into the front door going into the hallway. Please note there is space on the driveway for 2 cars 1 in the driveway and 1 on the stones any more cars than this there is a small car park for the small beach in front off this site which is closed in the evenings and at night Please be respectful off my neighbours who are also my friends parking is very tight on this new development there is no parking other than this 1 driveway I am available and will leave my phone number for talking texting messaging and I can come and see you if needed Ideally located for easy access to M4 perfect for a holiday for a couple family or work in lovely surroundings. Nice walks on the beach and swim/surf in the sea in the evenings or go to nearby restaurant pub or coffee shop Get away from it all relaxing by the beach. People from all ages enjoy the area popular with swimmer's surfers and cyclists, families and couples. Quick link to the M4 via Harbour way excellent for a work base to cover South Wales. The beach on the doorstep has one off the longest sandy beaches in South Wales, a promenade in front off the private housing site for walkers and cyclists . Fishing off the Pier and from the beach in front off the houses. The area is vibrant in summer and dramatic in winter with the crashing waves. It has some lovely pubs and restaurants, fish and chip shops, cinema, new lesiure centre with soft play and pool. A new splash park. Also adventure golf, skateboarding park children's playgrounds for different ages all within walking distance off the house. Outdoor adult gym has been built it happens to be on the way to the coffee shops. There are some lovely places to visit, from Margam park 4 miles away feeding the reindeer in the wintertime & outdoor cinema in the late spring and autumn, or for the kids 'go ape' there, it dates from Norman times some historical ruins in the grounds. The Mumbles for Verdi's ice cream and Gower with its outstanding world class beaches 20 minutes away. Visit Oystermouth castle on the way to the Gower beaches, discover The blue pool not for the faint hearted. Brecon Beacons national park is an easy drive from this location. Zip World not for the faint hearted 45 mins away. Easy drive from Waterfalls Bike parks some lovely gastro pubs in this area like the red cow in Penderyn. South Wales is known for the many castles built by the marchers lords and its turbulent medieval history. If you just want to chill out there is everything you need not far from the house you can walk, there is a cycle path around the promenade and past the sand dunes which is all flat. This is part off the national cycle path. If you wish to explore the area then it's the car, excellent road links to the M4 and dual carriageway. 30 minutes from Cardiff & Cardiff bay and 15 minutes from Swansea. There is also an excellent bus and rail service. The bus goes every 10 minutes from opposite the house connecting to bus & rail links Strictly no smoking anywhere in the house.
