You are welcome to stay in a spacious loft: sitting room with mezzanine, bedroom, own bathroom, walk in cupboard. The loft is the top floor of a mansion built in 1941, quiet green quarter, near centre. May host 3 guests. Free parking weekends and also during weekdays at Bastionweg opposite Fort Blauwkapel . The space is quiet, pleasant and tasteful. The top floor of the house is at your disposal . I hope you leave the place in the same state you found it:) The place is spacious (30 square meters), clean and tidy, ready for you to have a good time and make the most of your visit to Utrecht. You have your key to the house, own bathroom, bedroom and sitting room as well as spacious walk in cupboard. If you let me know when you expect to arrive, if I can I like to welcome you. There is a code keypad for checkin.. You are welcome use the (shared) washing machine. There is a space to hang out the washing. If you need an iron please ask. You can sit in the front garden if you like. You can always use chat via airbnb I am frequently online. When I am there and you would like to ask questions, need help..I am pleased to be of service. I will be out frequently. My neighbourhood is green and pleasant..yet close to the city center . The house was built in 1941. A small shopping mall is present at 7 minutes walking distance, there are some small restaurants at 10 minutes walking distance. You may park in front of the house, weekends free of charge, weekdays only parking fees between 6 and 11 AM (6 euros per day). You will have bicycles and a map to the city, it is a 10 minute ride. There is a sheet with practical details in the room to indicate how to use busses and trains, wifi, restaurant etc. The appartment is near a small station (5 min walking distance), which will take you to the main train station in 3 minutes. Amsterdam is 40 minutes from the house. Busses are in 5 minutes walking distance. There are 3 bicycles available, free of charge. Only if the bicycle is not returned (eg stolen because not locked twice), there is a charge of 150 euro's.
