This large living/bedroom space has its own private access for the guest's sole use. Situated in the quiet village of Betley it is walking distance to the village shop, tea room and three pubs (two serve food). Lots of places for country walks and has easy access to the M6/A500 or Crewe mainline rail station. A light living space/bedroom and private bathroom located above a separate double garage with private access and stairs to large living/sleeping space. Located on a private road with off road parking for one car directly outside (street parking available nearby for extra vehicles). Space includes a lounge area with Smart TV, John Lewis double bed, work area with desk, and modern en-suite shower room. In addition there is complimentary tea, coffee and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and pods. The studio includes a fridge where fresh milk is provided. Also included is a vinyl record collection and record player, dartboard and guitar for those inclined! The Studio is accessed via a dedicated private entrance and short flight of stairs. A lock box is used for the front door key. Parking for one vehicle is provided directly outside the entrance to The Studio. Other street parking is available close by. Located on the Cheshire/Staffordshire border with easy access to Crewe, Nantwich, Stoke, Keele and Newcastle under Lyme. Also convenient via the M6 for Manchester, Chester and the Peak District. There is a regular bus that goes through the village, providing access to Crewe, Madeley and Stoke on Trent
