Our beautifully appointed modular home, built by Anchor Homes in 2019 is located in the heart of the lovely village of Koonwarra. It has 2 generous bedrooms with overhead fans and 2 luxurious bathrooms. Settle in and choose a book, CD, DVD or board game from our extensive collection or connect into the Sonos system and Smart TV with your own stuff. There’s also a cosy wood fired heater and reverse cycle air conditioner. A large deck overlooking the nature reserve is great for alfresco dining. Our house is situated on a large block metres from the South Gippsland Rail Trail. You can ride or walk between the towns of Leongatha and Meeniyan and beyond. The beautiful beach at Inverloch is a short drive away. There are plenty of local wineries to choose from as well as Gurneys Cidery in Foster or the Gin distillery in Loch. If golf takes your fancy the Leongatha Golf Course is just up the road. It’s also a great location for day trips exploring Wilsons Prom or Agnes Falls, or having a picnic in the picturesque grounds at Mossman Park. There’s easy access to Koonwarra’s monthly Farmer’s market, a lovely organic grocery store and delicious bakery. There’s plenty of wildlife to try and spot as well as beautiful birds to gaze out on from the main bedroom. Check yourself in with the lockbox. Can be contacted anytime by text or phone.
