Quiet room, garden view - Südzimmer m. Gartenblick

The room is southward and located in a fairly new house nearby the Munich fair grounds. From there 5 minutes drive to fair ground and 10 minutes to the City. The sofa can be expanded to a queen size bed (160x200) for a second guest and 15 Euro surcharge per night. On request another room for accompanying persons (i.e. children) with one single bed or two beds (loft) might be available für 30 Euro surcharge. Selected bathroom usage. Please ask via e-mail. Tramway and Metro nearby. We have decorated the room nicely for our select AirBnB guests. There is a Saune in the basement which can be used by appointment for a fee. On request we serve breakfast at an extra surcharge. Annegret will be ready to organize guided tous into the Alps or Munich area. We have a central entry door in the ground floor that directly leads to the timber stair up to the first floor where the room is located. We live in the same house and should be available most of the time. You will stay in a big city appartment only 5 kilometers away from the heart of Munich - the Marienplatz - but it will feel like living in the countryside. In less than 300 meters distance is a bus and tramway station (Sankt-Veit-Strasse) heading into the city center. Also taxis will be waiting there. In less than 800 meters there a two Metro stations "Kreillerstrasse" and "Michaelibad". The tram is commuting all day and night. It is a quiet place with little traffic. So, you will find a parking lot for your car nearby our house at any time.
